MNHW Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)A specialized program providing intensive psychiatric services to individuals who have utilized the highest levels of emergency psychiatric services in this county. The PACT program has been highly successful in reducing these individuals’ needs and their use of the emergency psychiatric care system.
