CSNW Housing

The Way Home Program is funded by a grant from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and serves individuals who are considered chronic inebriates and who have at least one year with no established residency. The “Transitional Housing” program has seven housing units owned by CSNW which provide affordable housing for individuals coping with mental health issues and barriers to stable permanent housing.

STEP: Support, Training, Education and Planning. This is a supportive housing program in which clients and staff work together to develop individualized self-sufficiency plans designed to improve the independent living skills that lead to acquiring and sustaining permanent housing and greater self-determination.
