Co-Occurring Disorder Adolescent ProgramWe provide outpatient treatment services for adolescents 12 to 21 who have both chemical dependency and mental health issues. Case management services are provided for At-Risk Youth and their families. We facilitate and participate in community team meetings to best help and advocate for these clients. We also provide parent education and support. Biopsychosocial assessments are available both at the agency and in the community. |
