The CHOICES ProgramThis is a support program designed for individuals who have either HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C. We work on problems related to health, alcohol & drug use, and mental health issues. Our curriculum is based on a harm-reduction model that includes case management. We provide education around HIV and Hep C, how street drugs, alcohol and HIV medication interact, and the impact of various substances on the body. (This is a free program) |
