Mission
To provide high quality, integrated mental health, addictions and housing services, focusing on individual strengths and recovery.
Who We Serve
A broad spectrum of Clark County residents receive services at CSNW; the majority are low income, un- or underinsured individuals seeking treatment for mental health disorders, addictions (or both), and who may also be homeless. In an ongoing commitment to develop services to meet the complex needs of special populations, CSNW staff are trained to work with older adults, people with traumatic brain injuries and those with chronic illnesses.
Increased emphasis is placed on helping individuals define their motivation for recovery in different ways, based on individual needs, strengths and challenges. People often need more coordination between service providers because there are likely to be medical, legal, financial and other issues that could be barriers to treatment success.
Vision and Values
At CSNW, our vision is a healthy community. We lead the way by assuring access to mental health, addictions and supportive housing services for all who need them. We provide the highest-quality programs throughout Clark County.
Our values incorporate a "strength-based" approach to high quality care with emphasis on compassion, professionalism, integrity, innovation and a healthy work environment. We strive for access: for clients, access to care; for staff, access to opportunities for growth and development; and in our business practices, transparency and an open door to administration. And we thrive on the synergy created by partnerships, both external and internal, in pursuit of our goals.
Clients receive treatment tailored to individual needs, whether for mental health care, treatment for addictions, co-occurring disorders or service-enriched housing. Clients can access services in a number of ways, including physician, or self-referral.
